FAQ

We are open from 9am to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We can be reached by email at info@billowglobal.com and will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

Holidays: We will be closed Christmas and New Year’s Day. Shipments will not be made December 25th and 26th, January 1st and 2nd.

While there is no Billow storefront at this time, we have made every attempt to be as descriptive as possible and provide detailed pictures so you know exactly what to expect when your Billow arrives. We guarantee that it will be luxurious, organic and comfortable.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept personal or third-party checks.
  • Orders are typically received 4-7 business days after being placed (expect 1-3 business days for fulfillment, and 2-4 business days for shipping)
  • You may receive your order in multiple shipments depending on production time and item (silk ships separately)
  • Shipping details with be emailed separately for any additional shipments.
  • If shipment status is not available from our shipping carriers, please allow 24 hours for your shipment’s status to update on carrier websites.
  • Please contact us if you have not received your complete order after 7 business days so we can confirm your order is on its way.
The Billow is approximately 26 x 28 x 5 inches and weighs approximately 2.3 lbs. The Billow is shipped Fed Ex ground in a 26 x 24 x 4 inch box, subject to change. A flat shipping rate is included with all US orders.

The Billow Roll Pillow, Eye Pillow and Heart Pillow are shipped via USPS priority mail.

If you would like to have a Billow shipped to another country, contact us and we will be happy to discuss options.
We currently do not offer gift wrapping on the Billow, but we can include a special message with your order. Just place the message into the comments section of your order and we’ll ensure your message is included.
If for any reason your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will make arrangements to remedy the situation.
We guarantee the quality of Billow products and guarantee that they will arrive in excellent condition. The Billow and Billow case will be wrapped in plastic separately. This is only to ensure that the Billow is not harmed by fumes, spilled liquids, adverse weather conditions or any other damage that could occur in general transit.

Every care has been taken to ensure that all product descriptions and colors are as accurate as possible. However, accuracy and color images may vary due to screen resolutions on different computer monitors.

If the Billow is found defective within 14 days from the date the item is received, we will replace the item at our expense. Valid claims will be at the sole discretion of Billow Global, Inc.

Due to the nature of the Billow being a custom, hand-made bedding product, all sales are final. Federal regulations prohibit the resale of used bedding products. Therefore, no returns or refunds are accepted without a valid claim.

The Billow is very special and personal. If you sleep with your Billow for a few nights and it doesn’t feel just right, call us and we will address your concerns right away! The Billow has a multitude of uses and we will guide you through the many ways that we can make it work for you.

We will gladly renew your Billow should it lose its loft over extended use. Please email info@billowglobal.com for more information on renewing your Billow.
